Project-based contracts are based on billable hours. I provide an estimate before the project and will let you know over the course of the project if it looks like we might go over the original estimate. Project-based contracts are best for self-identified needs like a Chart of Accounts rebuild, Accounting Manuals, Payroll Implementation, Team Communication Plans, Etc.
Retained Advisory is a set monthly amount, also based on your annual gross revenue, for ongoing high-growth phases and whole-system rebuilds. Contracts are a minimum of 12-months.
